Donna came to First United Methodist
Church in June 2008. Born in Northeast Tennessee, she served in
the United Methodist in Tennessee and Georgia before God placed
her as Director of Children and Family Ministry here at Stuart FUMC. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from East
Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee and has
received additional certification in Family Counseling through
the National Christian Counselor’s Association.
With 30 years experience in Christian
education, music, worship, middle and high school youth, senior
adult ministry and children & family ministry, her passion of
reaching children and families for Christ is fulfilled at FUMC.
Additional secular work experience in accounting and marketing
enhances the current challenges of leading Children and Family
Ministry.
